Ronen Bergman, born in 1972 in Kiryat Bialik, is a distinguished journalist and author known for his in-depth explorations of Israeli intelligence and security matters. The youngest of three siblings, he began his career at a young age as a reporter for a youth television show. Bergman studied law at the University of Haifa, graduating cum laude, and is a licensed member of the Israeli Bar. He further pursued his academic interests in history and international relations at the University of Cambridge, earning both an M.Phil. and a PhD focused on the Israeli Mossad. An accomplished writer, he served as a senior staff feature writer for Haaretz and has been recognized with notable awards, including the Bnei Brith Worlds Center Award for Journalism and the Haaretz Award for Best Story. Additionally, he is a participant in the Körber Foundation's "Munich Young Leaders" program and has engaged in discussions at the Munich Security Conference.
