Robert L. Moore (August 13, 1942 - June 18, 2016) was a prominent American Jungian analyst and psychotherapist based in Chicago, known for his innovative contributions to psychology and spirituality. He served as the Distinguished Service Professor of Psychology, Psychoanalysis, and Spirituality at the Chicago Theological Seminary and was a training analyst at the C.G. Jung Institute of Chicago. Renowned for his exploration of Archetypal Dynamics of the Masculine Self, as articulated in his seminal work, *King, Warrior, Magician, Lover*, Moore specialized in psychotherapy for men while also working with a diverse clientele. An engaged scholar, he lectured internationally on his Neo-Jungian paradigm for therapy and was actively involved in research with the Institute for the Science of Psychoanalysis at the time of his passing. He co-founded the Chicago Center for Integrative Psychotherapy, where he left a lasting impact on the field.
